Sulim-Timovty A. Estimation and determination of labour resources of the project-oriented organizations while planning projects

Research object include processes of the projects resource providing planning in the project-oriented organizations. Development of models, methods and practical recommendations in relation to estimation and determination of in high-quality composition of necessary labor and material resources taking into account the level of development of internal environment of the project-oriented organizations for effective realization of their projects were the purpose of the dissertation work. Such methods were used: logical generalization and expert estimations; unclear set and factor analysis theories; conducted calculation experiment was realized according to the plan of the orthogonal Latin square, also as the correlation and regressive analyses. The scientific novelty of the results consists in development of models: estimation of project command potential with the use of fuzzy sets methods, factor analysis and complex elements influencing for internal project-oriented organization environment on effective implementation of project with the additional account of vagueness and use of calculation experiment according to the orthogonal Latin plan square; development of models of estimation and determination of labor and material resources at project planning taking into account the level of development of internal environment of the project-oriented organizations and command project members competence. Findings can be used at project-oriented organizations practice for the efficiency increase for planning projects. The results were realized on "Dnepropetrovsk metallurgical factory by name of Petrovskiy" and Joint-stock company "Pryazovskyy rayagrobud", and also in the educational process of the National metallurgical academy of Ukraine.
