Research object: processes of functioning and market of educational services development in the system of regional markets. Purpose: ground of theoretical-methodological and methodical bases of functioning of market of educational services and development of model and mechanisms of his cooperating with other regional markets in the conditions of passing to the innovative model of development. Methods: analysis of the systems, economic, statistical, sociological research, system-structural analysis, cluster analysis. Novelty: accordance of market of educational services and labour-market is first certain in the regions of Ukraine on the basis of the use of methodical approach, system classification of market of educational services as difficult socio-economic system is improved. Sphere of the use : in activity of Main administration of economy of Chernivtsi regional state administration, in the educational process of the Chernivtsi national university named Yuriy Fedkovych.
