Essay

The thesis presents a complete analysis of the theory and practice of socio- pedagogical work with teenagers with delinquent behaviour in the second half of the XX - beginning of the XXI century. Definitions that were used in pedagogical science in the second half of XX - the beginning of XXI century for teenagers who did not comply with moral and legal norms were analyzed, the concept of "adolescent's delinquent behaviour" was clarified. Social, social-pedagogical and individual-psychological determinants of adolescent's delinquent behaviour in investigated period were generalized and constant and specific determinants of such behavior were identified. The stages of socio-pedagogical work with teenagers with delinquent behaviour (actualization (50s - 70s years of the XX century), institutionalization (80s - the middle of the 90's years of the XX century) and technologization (the middle of 90 years of XX - the beginning of the XXI century)) are determined and characterized. Based on the study and analysis of scientific and educational literature, archive materials, regulations the directions and forms of social and educational work with delinquent adolescents in different social institutions (secondary comprehensive schools, boarding schools for orphans and children deprived of parental care, schools of social rehabilitation, centers of social services for families, children and youth, shelters for children, the criminal police for children) were analyzed and systematized.
