Essay

Dissertation investigates the theory and practice of implementation and adaptation of ideas waldorf Education in Ukraine and abroad. For the first time the problem spreading and adapting ideas of waldorf pedagogy in national education is considered on the basis philosophy of child-conscious, which according to the current stage of social development and civilization reflects, develops and enriches basic provisions of anthropological R. Steiner, anthroposophy on the development, training and education of the child. Prospective directions of spreading the ideas of waldorf education in Ukraine. Theoretically grounded classification of the leading ideas of waldorf pedagogy for modern Ukrainian school. Improved training for waldorf schools, teacher training methodology and caregivers to work in waldorf schools and kindergartens. Further development took: forms and methods of work of teachers educating students of management models waldorf school, the interaction of school, family and community in the educational process and extracurricular activities of pupils. Identified and justified - organizational and pedagogical conditions for the spread of successful adaptation of ideas waldorf pedagogy in the national pedagogical practice, which include: the spread and introduction of ideas of waldorf pedagogy, taking into account the achievements of modern philosophy, particularly philosophy of child-conscious; orientation of training and education to meet government standards for secondary education, the introduction of educational ideas through the use of R. Steiner waldorf pedagogy in the established forms and methods as an educational process and school management, enriched by the achievements of modern theory and practice, and modern information technologies and means of educating students, the educational focus process to ensure the successful socialization of the child, ensuring quality of teacher training to work methodologies waldorf pedagogy, creating democratic in content and process-network in the form of school management. Criteria of efficiency of distribution and adaptation to the ideas of waldorf pedagogy of Ukrainian schools - criteria for general level and individual level. Criteria describing the general level of activity of waldorf schools in general, namely: motivation; display system; reasonable innovation; substantially Procedure. Criteria for individual level about the dynamics of child development and its degree of comfor at school. Conducted research does not cover all aspects of distribution and adaptation of ideas of waldorf education in Ukrainian education. Adapting ideas of waldorf pedagogy requires variation in the formation and implementation of pedagogical concepts, methodologies and learning technologies. In these circumstances, the actual task of teaching science is to generalize international teaching experience with this problem, adapting it according to the standards of the national education system, the Ukrainian educational environment, other effective alternative, innovative approaches and ideas. The main reasons of difficulty spreading the ideas of R. Steiner education in Ukraine: anthroposophy is not perception, lack of awareness of the underlying foundations of waldorf pedagogy, disbelief in the possibility of their implementation in the Ukrainian educational practice, insufficient training of teachers to work in waldorf education institutions.
