The dissertation is dedicated to the experimental substantiation of appropriateness of corvitinums' preventive application in closed craniocerebral trauma. Established that corvitinum's pharmacotherapeutic efficacy imple-focuses on the ability to adjust key account managers closed craniocerebral trauma pathogenesis using established features in the pharmacodynamics and pharma-kokinetyks drug. Studied remedy shows its cerebroprotective activity by prevention of widespread membranopathy forming due to regulation of prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis through expressed antioxidant action with antiradical properties. In addition, corvitinum corrects content of components of adenylic nucleotides system and normalizes the level of carbohydrate balances' indexes in conditions of closed craniocerebral trauma. Moreover, studied bioflavonoid realizes cerebroprotective action by correction of endotoxicosis, that develops on a background of traumatic brain injury, by strengthening of processes of natural detoxication, especially concerning normalization of components of mitochondrial and microsomal electron-transport chains of hepatocytes
