The Object: theory and practice of preparing schoolchildren to accomplish parent duties. The Purpose: to find out the peculiarities of the content and organization of training schoolchildren to perform parental duties in school practice of English-speaking countries (the USA and Great Britain), identify opportunities for positive use of foreign experience in the educational system of Ukraine. Practical Value: have been used during the making of curricula, development of lectures, special courses, special seminars on gender equality and sex education, premarital preparation, preparation for family life. Methods: theoretical analysis, interpretational and analytical, logical and systematic, generalization.
