Artyukh M. Development of professional competence of pedagogical staff in the system of the Department of Education District Administration

Thesis devoted to substantiation of the development of professional competence of pedagogical staff in the department of education system of the district administration. The meaning of concepts "management of the development of professional competence of pedagogical staff" and "organizational and pedagogical conditions of the education department of the development of the professional competence of pedagogical staff" is clarified. The model of the autonomous system of professional competence of pedagogical staff is developed, theoretically and practically grounded as independent element of the general system of postgraduate education. The main pedagogical conditions for successful implementation of the mechanism of management support the development of the professional competence of pedagogical staff are found substantiated and experimentally verified. Practical recommendations are developed for employees of education as for development of the professional competence of pedagogical staff in the automated system by its content and structural reorganization and the introduction of test technologies to qualify.
