The Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical ground and the practical determination methods development of optimum on technical-economic indexes descriptions and elements of consecutive voyages ships (CVS) on the early stages of their designing, the proper design technique development. The base of these modern transport ships is created, on results statistical treatment of which regressive dependences are got for main ships dimensions determination. The consecutive voyages ship functioning basic task mix theoretical organization is executed. The CVS designing features are considered and a necessary optimization task is formulated.
