Object of research – dogs with purulent wounds. The purpose of research – clinical and еxperimental substantiation of application of ozonited an isotonic solution of natrii chloride for treatment of dogs with purulent wounds. Methods of research: – clinical, morfologicаl (erythrocytes, leukocytes, trombocytes); biochemical (hemoglobin, oxygemoglobin, population structure erythrocytes, peroxide hemolyzis erythrocytes, molecules of average weight, sorbtion ability erythrocytes, superoxide dismutase plasmas and erythrocytes, a catalase, the general antioxidant activity of plasma, dienove conjugates, malonoviy dialdegid, fibrinogen), microbiological (the general microbic number, specific structure of microorganisms), histologic, statistical. Scientific novelty of work: for the first time there was studied influence of an isotonic solution of natrii chloridi with different concentration of ozone on an organism clinically healthy dogs and association of the microorganisms from purulent wounds. There was established, that the optimum ozonited modes of 0,87 % solution natrii chloridi for intravenous and local application in dogs. There was developed a new method of treatment of dogs with purulent wounds by local and intraveinous application of the ozonized solution of natrii chloride and clinicaliy and еxperimentally proved a pathogenetic role of endointoxication, conditions of pro- and antioxidant systems at wounds process in dogs at the application of ozonotherapy. There was established. that reparation processes at purulent wounds in dogs while using ozonotherapy does more intensively, than at traditional method, because of decrease inflammatory infiltration and hypostasis reduction in adjoining tissues that promotes clearing of wounds from pyo-necrotic tissues, accelerates formation of granulation tissues and epiteliization of wounds. It is offered: local and intravenous application of the ozonized isotonic solution of natrii chloride in dogs with purulent wounds for correction of inflammatory reaction of the organism, reduction of terms of healing of wounds and preventive mainten-ance of complications. It is introduced: the received results are used in scientifical and practical work, fo teaching a course of the surgery general and special veterinary surgery at faculties of veterinary medicine ІІІ - ІV levels of accreditation, scientific researches (Belotserkivsky national agrarian university, the Lvovsky national university of veterinary medicine and biotechnologies of S.Z.Gzhitsky, the Sumysky national agrarian university, Odesky state agrarian university, the Kharkovsky state zooveterinary academy) and in practice of veterinary medicine.
