Primak V. Formation of civic responsibility of students of higher educational establishments of the Ukraine Ministry of Internal Affairs

Thesis is devoted to the studying of the problem of civic responsibility in students of higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Our study proved and experimentally validated pedagogical conditions for the formation of a civic liability for future officers of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in educational process, defined the essence of the concept of civic responsibility of a law enforcement officer; criteria (cognitive, emotional and operative), performance and level (high, medium, low) of formation of civic responsibility in students, and concretized the structure of civic liability for future officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the educational process of universities. In the result of the research guidelines on the formation of a civic liability of future officers in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the scientific and teaching staff were developed.
