Essay

The research object are processes resulting in the loss of capacity of splines connections of mobile machines. Research target is increase of longevity of splines connections of mobile machines transmission of on the basis of analysis of processes of the attended details accumulation damages, perfection of methods of their estimation is the purpose of work.For the solution of tasks the complex of calculable methods of theory of reliability, statistical analysis, modern methods of engineering analysis on PEVM and programmatic complexes SAPR was used. Scientific novelty. Functional Connection for estimation of wear of splines connections of transmission of machines working in misalignment conditions is improved. Influence of structural-technological parameters is first certain on speed of wear of splines connections of transmission of 30 kN class tractors in the conditions of the real exploitation. Influence of temperature on longevity of splines connections with polymeric vkladishami is first certain, the requirements to material of bush's taking into account the real modes of loading are grounded, dependence of probability of faultless work from a resource and descriptions of loading is collected. First descriptions of loaded splines connection are experimentally certain with polymeric bush in connection of main clutch shaft with the main shaft of gear-box of 30 kN class tractors. Practical results. The dimension-type row of spline connections with intermediate resilient bush for the transmission of sizes of turning torque from 100 to 2600 Nm is developed. For spline connections of transmission tractors of class 30 kN recommendations in relation to the increase of hardness of working surfaces are developed, to the ground of admittances on making of lateral surfaces of splines, reduction of desired gap and specific loading in connection. It will allow to promote their gamma-percent resource of a to 8 thousand hours. The results were tested at making, repair, modernizations of automobile and tractor technique on JSC "Kharkov tractor factory", PE "110 Kharkov motor-car-repair factory", JSCCEC "Kharkov agroindustrial union".
