Abdulgazis A. Tires characteristics instability influence on their load non-uniformity and automobile movement stability

The research object is a process of wheels group with road interaction at instability of geometrical and physical-mechanical tire characteristics. The research subject is influence of production accuracy, instability of radial hardness and internal pressure on its deterioration irregularity and vehicle movement stability estimation. The mathematical analysis, probability theory and mathematical statistics, the similarity theory and electric measurement of physical sizes studies methods are used. Scientific novelty - for the first time the interrelation between dynamic radiuses of left and right board drive wheels and vehicle hunting angular speed is received; for the first time the automobile and wheels construction parameters and maintenance factors on vertical reactions between twin wheels influence is defined; subsequent development of phenomenological tire model is received, that allows to define road vertical reaction irregularity on twin tires deterioration irregularity influence. Practical value: recommendations about quality assurance, selection of twin wheels and the scheme of their shift in service are used in "Simcitytrans" company. The offered designs of tires control stands are used also in educational process of operation and vehicle repairs chair of the Republican higher educational institution "Crimean engineering-pedagogical university". The sphere of use: in organizations which are engaged in research of vehicles stability, expert estimation and the road accident reasons analysis, carrying out of certification and qualimetric tests of vehicles.
