Kryvtsova M. Regulation of Еmployment of Young People in Ukraine

Object of study is the regulation of youth employment in Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is to deepen the theoretical and scientific and methodological bases of regulation of youth employment and development of scientific and practical recommendations to improve the mechanism of regulation of employment of young people in Ukraine. Methods: the dialectical method of knowledge, historical and logical, systematic and structural analysis of economic processes and phenomena, analysis and synthesis, methods of quantitative and qualitative comparison, the methods of economic-mathematical modeling and forecasting, statistical and graphical methods. Theoretical results: is to deepen existing theoretical and methodological bases of regulation of youth employment and development of scientific and practical recommendations for the development of active forms of regulation of employment of young people in Ukraine. Practical results: are to develop concrete proposals and practical recommendations on regulation of youth employment in Ukraine. Scientific novelty: first time: the proposed introduction of the status of a business entity, "the company, active in youth employment"; improved: theoretical and methodological basis for regulation of employment, organizational and economic framework to ensure effectiveness in the use of active control measures for youth employment; received further development: conceptual and categorical apparatus of investigation employment, organizational and economic principles of regulation of youth employment. Degree of implementation: results of a study implemented in practical activities of the Odessa State Administration; Odessa Regional Employment Center, Odessa Regional Society of Disabled People, Research Institute of Labor and Employment (Kiev, Ukraine), JSC "ABC Chemicals Industry", and also used in the learning process Odessa State Economic University.
