Androsova L. Regulation of working time losses caused by temporarily inability to work.

Dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodical approaches to regulation of losses, caused by temporarily inability to work, and substantiation of directions of their realization, directed on improvement of working time use. The main theoretical bases of working time use are revealed in the system of social phenomena in the sphere of labour; the role of ability to work in the system of realization of labour potential is defined; methodical approaches to estimation of losses, caused by temporarily inability to work, are investigated. An impact of conditions of work on losses, caused by temporarily inability to work, is analyzed; cost estimation of working time losses, caused by temporarily inability to work, is realized, as well as factor analysis of losses of working time at enterprises. Forecasting of a decline in losses caused by temporarily inability to work at making the working time balance is proposed; the ways of improving methods of planning of sums of compensations for time, which has not been actually worked out due to temporarily inability to work and optimization of the working time use in the context of optimization of losses of inability to work.
