Essay

In a result of pharmacologic screening was determined, that derivates of oxo (amino) quinazoline have ability to increase physical capacity for work. The full measure of actoprotective action was manifested by 4-[4-oxo-4N-quinazoline-3-il] benzoic acid (compound PK-66), which under condition of modeling of different extreme states (hypo- and hyperthermia, hemic hypoxia, acute disorder of brain circulation, hypokinesia) in the most of used methodical approaches of estimation of physical endurance of the organism was compared with standard actorpotector bemithyl, and in some cases was stronger than the last one. For realization of actoprotective action of compound PK-66 as same as bemithyl important meaning has availability of antihypoxia action, ability of it to limit anaerobic processes for energy providing, to safe stock of carbohydrate, to optimize metabolism of lipids and prooxidant and antioxidant homeostasis, to stimulate synthesis of DNA and RNA, what in the end led for conservation and increasing of energy potentional of cells of working rats.
