Object of research: processes of the financial providing of innovative activity in a region. Purpose of research: development of conception of design of processes of the financial providing of innovative activity in a region and instruments of her realization on the base of modern models and management methods development of the difficult socio-economic systems, that will allow to shorten direct budgetary expenses on realization of strategy of economic development of territory. Methods of research: models of the linear programming; methods of fuzzy sets, system-dynamic modeling; economical and mathematical modeling; models and methods of forming of rational organizationally-economic structures are in an economy. Results: the state, prospects and progress of innovative activity trends, is investigational in Ukraine; essence of the basic going is certain near a management by the processes of the financial providing of innovative activity in a region; conception of design of the financial providing of innovative activity is worked out in a region; the model of optimization of structure of financing of innovative activity is worked out in a region; the complex of models of functioning of venture fund is worked out; the model of the tax adjusting of innovative processes is offered in a region; structural constituents and basic mutual relations are certain within the framework of organizationally-economic model of the financial providing of innovative activity in a region; a self-reactance analysis and approbation of the worked out models are conducted within the framework of the Donetsk area and worked out to recommendation on the increase of efficiency of realization of strategy of innovative development of the Donetsk area.
