Khomutov S. Clinical and subclinical mastitis in cows and justification environmentally-safe means of therapy and prevention.

The dissertation is devoted to study, the question of distribution and status lactation mastitis in lactating cows, development and economic substantiation of the complex regimens and prevention of breast abnormalities gland in an environmentally-friendly vehicles. The dissertation presents materials on the spread of clinically significant and subclinical forms of mastitis in the farms of the Sumy region, their relationship with the intensity of milk contamination by microorganisms. Proved that the major cause of mastitis in cows is microorganisms S. aureus, S. agalactiae, E. coli. Were studied biological properties of isolated microorganisms. And justified the necessity of finding new and more effective environmentally-safe means of therapy and prevention of clinical serous and subclinical mastitis in cows. Theoretically and practically justified method of treating patients with cows serous clinical and subclinical mastitis using drugs manufactured in an environmentally-safe natural ingredients,beta-lactam antibiotics, clavulanic acid and sodium hypochlorite ("Nizhnodiy","Fitosept","Metrisan","VetOks-1000","Disinfectants napkins for domestic animals") that haveanti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and disinfectant properties and environmentally safe for the body.
