Kosheva L. Forming of corporate culture of students in the system of technical universities by means of physical education

The structural and content characteristics of corporate culture in the context of values of the structure of personal qualities of higher technical educational institution graduates is revealed. The influence of systemic tools and techniques of physical education in the development of students' values is identified, theoretically grounded and practically confirmed. Criteria and indicators for assessing the level of formation of personal qualities of students in higher educational institutions in the context of corporate culture is identified. A comprehensive model of the formation of personal qualities of students in the context of corporate culture is theoretically proved and experimentally verified. The theory of professional training of a specialist was given a further developed, which enriches the theory of personality-oriented education through the development of theoretical and technological basis for the formation of personal qualities of students in the context of corporate culture.
