Chernenko A. Puerperal endometritis in sows (diagnosis and therapy)

Object of the research: uterus endometrium condition of saws and reasons of its dysfunction. Development and improvement of schemes for therapy of saws suffering acute endometritis.The aim of the research: was in scientific substantiation of complex diagnosis for pyocatharal endometritis of saws and methods of therapy under the conditions of pork farm. Metods of the research: clinic, biochemical, hormone, bacteriological, morphological, zoohygiene, statistic. Scientific newness: the peculiarities of endocrine-metabolic reactions of saws and the conditions of development of after birth endometritis development has been cleared for the first time, and with implementation of effective medicines, with the example of special farming enterprise "Ryasnanske" in Krasnopilla region, Sumy oblast. It has been found that acute form of endometritis has morphological and biochemical characteristics of blood and hormonal movements in organs of reproductive system. The scientific substantiation was given for the uterine cavity microbiological and symptomatic secretion under acute after birth endometritis. Scientific and economic newness of different schemes of healing for saws under acute after birth endometritis has been proved for the first time. The level of implementation: for saws under acute after birth endometritis one should use method with twice intramuscularly injection of 2.5% of tiatriasolin solution, in dose - 1ml. per every 25 kilos of weight with an interval of 24 hours and intramuscular injection of analog of prostaglandin F2?- dinolithic in dose of 2ml. one time.
