Essay

Mission statement: to analyze non-formal education of tertiary age people as an important component of national educational system of Germany, showing the forms, structures, functions, activities, responsibilities, and developmental steps, in order to consider possibilities for successful implementation of the progressive German trends in Ukraine. It was necessary to solve the following questions: to undertake the preliminary investigation of the problem in scientific and pedagogical, andragogical and gerogogical literature; to determine the developmental strategies of older adults in the Universities of the Third Age in late modern society in Germany.
