Antoniuk O. Mathematical models of an enterprise strategic potential estimation and its increasing decision making

The strategic potential of an enterprise is the object of the research. The goal of the dissertation is a scientific study of theoretical and methodological approaches to the strategic potential of an enterprise estimation and on its basis the decision making for its use improvememt by means of mathematical modeling. The study used general scientific methods of researching, mathematical modeling techniques using the device of fuzzy logic and neural networks, methods of expert estimation, the method of the target evaluation of alternatives. The scientific novelty of the results is the formation of an enterprise strategic potential mechanism evaluating and the decision making to its improvement based on mathematical modeling and software tools. The following scientific results were received: the methodological approaches for an enterprise strategic potential estimation is developed, allowing a minimum time and monetary costs take into account a wide range of both quantitative and qualitative factors of influence for the complexity and dynamic evaluation of strategic potential based on mathematical device of fuzzy logic and Hopfild neural network; the methodological approach for an enterprise strategic potential use improvement is developed by means of a complex goal program, justifying the priorities for its future development and allows a rational distribution of resources among the projects of the program; the mathematical and structure models of strategic potential level determining are developed. Practical value of the dissertation results is approved by available of implantation evidences into same Ukrainian enterprises in various sectors of management: CE "Ahropromshlyahbudindustriya", LTD "Prof-Modern", LTD "Shlyahbudmaterialy" for the strategic potential estimation in the process of their strategic management.
