Savchenko-Svatko E. Audit staff in local government in Ukraine.

The object of research - the staff working in local government. The purpose of dissertation research are theoretical and methodological study ways of implementing the audit staff in local government in Ukraine. The methods: a systematic approach, logic-semantic, abstract and logic, modeling, content analysis, comparison, expert survey method, system and functional analysis. Scientific novelty of the results is to solve urgent scientific task - the scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological basis for implementation of audit staff in local government. As a result of scientific research in the first dissertation: the necessity of auditing personnel in local government, the exact sequence of actions and procedures to achieve a specific objective audit personnel developed and proposed set of personality traits and professional local government officials, whose constituents have a professional skills, vocational and characterological quality and professional orientation; sophisticated conceptual apparatus of audit staff by adapting the basic concepts to the specifics of local government, a system of significant figures in the context which can efficiently build a complex vision of desirable personality traits and professional officer of local government, which can be defined / diagnosed by means of a psychological tool.
