Essay

Object: methodological, historical and methodical aspects of higher pedagogical education in Turkey. The research objective consists in consideration of tendencies of system of higher education of Republic Turkey on the basis of definition of essence, historical evolution, factors of development, features of a current state and prospects of its integration into world educational space. Research methods: theoretical – the analysis, comparison, classification and ordering of the data, theoretical modeling; methods of interdisciplinary synthesis, the conceptually-comparative analysis; the empirical: questioning, polls, the content-analysis; statistical processing of the information. Novelty of results of research consists in system methodological, istoriko-pedagogical, theoretical and practical working out of a problem of system of the higher pedagogical education in Republic Turkey. For the first time the higher pedagogical education in Turkey became a subject of complex research. On the basis of the system-historical analysis stages of formation of national system of higher education of Republic Turkey and feature of modern Turkish pedagogical education are proved: the purposes, the maintenance, structure and functions of the higher pedagogical education are defined essence; features of educational process at universities of Turkey. On the basis of the retrospective and target analysis the basic tendencies of development of system of the higher pedagogical education in Republic Turkey are formulated; prospects of integration of system of the higher pedagogical education of Turkey in world educational space are considered. It is specified and improved terms framework concerning higher education system in Turkey. Had the further development scientific representations about the concept of is professional-pedagogical preparation of the future teachers in Turkey which is directed on the decision of one of the most urgent problems of pedagogics in modern conditions – unity of a global and regional pedagogical science. Results: results of dissertational research can be used in educational process of higher educational institutions, at the comparative analysis of problems of formation of vocational training of teachers in Ukraine and foreign countries. Area – the general pedagogics and pedagogics history.
