Kholod S. The effectiveness of innovative-and-investment activity management mechanism at project-oriented organizations

The thesis is devoted to the solution of research-and-applied task connected with the design of management system and management criteria directed at company adaptation to changing market conditions on the basis of transformation programme. The urgency of the theme is stipulated by ever growing necessity for any company to adapt itself to changing market conditions, and this process affects the whole structure of a company - both production and management aspects. Company ability to adapt to changes of the environment as well as to the dynamics of demand is realized through corresponding transformation pogrammes. The research work gives the scheme of three-level management with data flows specification which determine the hierarchy of levels: engineering level, the level of project realization, the level of programme realization and the top level of organization setting the strategy of its development. The criterial basis of the mechanism used for optimal choice of investment projects permitting to manage the process of making efficient decisions connected with the projects of innovative development is proposed in the work. It is necessary to improve the methods for risk assessment considering the high level of the uncertainty of the process justifying the choice of investment development programme. To perform this task the methodological approach to many factor risk assessment at different stages of innovation process has been suggested. Three-dimensional matrix for assessing innovative qualities of novelties has been developed. With the help of this matrix the analysis of transformations introduced at "Novomoskovsky plant of concrete products" PLC has been carried out. Also the efficiency of the innovative transformation programme has been calculated.
