The dissertation is aimed at a study of the influence of the vitamins C and E on the regulation of NO-synthases activity, processes of lipoperoxidation in gastric mucosa, contents of L-arginine and vitamins C and E in blood plasma under conditions of inhibition of iNOS and COX activity in experimental ulcer of the stomach in rats. The changes of the contents of vitamins C and E in blood plasma under conditions of their isolated and combined action as well as under conditions of inhibition of іNOS and COX-2 were shown.
