3. Object of study: postgraduate humanitarian education in Switzerland. The aim is a complex analysis, study and synthesis of a positive implementation experience of intercultural dialogue in the system of postgraduate humanitarian education in Switzerland and the designation of the prospects for its introduction into postgraduate humanitarian education in Ukraine. Methods: systematic-comparative, logical and historical analysis, the analysis and generalizations. Novelty: the analysis and comparison of the educational theories of cultural trends of domestic and foreign researchers, who began the study of principles of intercultural dialogue in education identified the characteristics and strategies of intercultural dialogue in the context of European and world educational space are analysed the first time in native pedagogical science, the prospects and trends in the implementation experience of postgraduate arts education in Switzerland are outlined, recommendations for organizational and pedagogical ensure the implementation of intercultural dialogue in the humanitarian system of postgraduate education in Ukraine are developed. The positive experience of international organizations and Switzerland in the theory and practice of leadership cultural and linguistic diversity in society and the world is clarified; integrative model of intercultural approach to education and its conceptual framework is allocated optimally. The opportunities for the creative use of the positive experience of Switzerland in the preparation and training of specialists in Ukraine in the context of the dialogue of cultures got further development. Results: The results may be used in teaching general, comparative and social pedagogy, history of education, introduced in the form of a special course, an autonomous discipline or interdisciplinary program module to the basic and postgraduate training of teachers, professionals, and for writing essays, research papers, handbooks and textbooks on the history of education, comparative education; specialization - general pedagogy and the history of pedagogy.
