The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation future doctors' professional-ethical culture in the institutions of higher education. In the thesis the essence of the term "professional-ethical culture" as a component of the culture of the doctor's personality is defined more exactly; the essence of the process of professional-ethical culture's formation is revealed; the factors promoting the efficiency of the process of professional-ethical culture's formation are discovered; the criteria and levels of generated professional-ethical culture are identified. The efficiency of pedagogical conditions ascertained and instilled into educational process of formation future doctors' professional-ethical culture is grounded and tested.
