Essay

The dissertation investigates the functioning of prosodic means in audio texts of Spanish folk tales. The proposed model of Spanish folk tale oral actualization has made it possible to analyze and classify the functional, stylistic, structural, and semantic features of the folk tales. These features determine the specificity of prosodic means' interaction in ensuring the communicative-pragmatic potential and coherence of text composition parts, and characterize the imagery systems of the fairy tale texts. The research has substantiated a method of audio experimental analysis, which has allowed to frame the typical plot models determining the folk tale prosodic organization. The following phenomena have been experimentally established: an invariant prosodic model and its variant realizations in audio tale texts, text coherence, as well as audio portraits of tale characters, including parameters description based on fairy tales structural components level.
