Essay

The Object: new botanical ukrainian varieties of winter hard wheat, reared in the Donetsk region and mined-out not their basis pastas. Purpose: improvement of consumer properties of pastas, by the use of new varieties of winter hard wheat, reared in the Donetsk region. The Methods: organoleptic , physic-chemical, microbiological, biochemical, rheological, expert, methods of mathematical statistics, methods of marketing analysis and analysis of finans--economyx indexes. It Is Offered: new domestic varieties of winter hard wheat as suitable raw material at the production of high-quality pastas, complex of tovarovedn estimation of quality of grain, flour and pastas, to perfect the system of indexes of quality and safety of grain by development and introduction of index of technological threshold of vredonosnosty of bedbug pentatomid, which is based on the patented method, to perfect the system of normative requirements on grain of winter hard wheat, uses and introductions of integral index of force of sort, perfections of complex estimation of quality of pastas, by the mathematical estimation of influence of byotiheskyh, аbyotiheskyh and anthropogenic factors on the indexes of quality of grain of winter hard wheat of grain, and also on the food value of pastas. The Sphere of the use: enterprises of agroindustrial production, enterprises of feed, research and проектно-конструкторские establishments, educational establishments.
