Essay

Dissertation is devoted to learning about influence of sulphur-containing amino acids on physiological state of youth of cattle, morphological indicators of blood, albumen exchange, activity of ferments in serum of blood, paunch digestion, changing of increase of weight of calves. It is known, that sulphur-containing amino acids are limitative amino acids in ration of ruminants. Lack of even one of this unchangeable amino acids causes the break of nitrous exchange, set-back for growth and development of animals. It's determined, that feeding of sulfur-containing amino acids such as methionine and cystine in optimal doses (9 g/head) causes the growth in serum of blood the general albumen and albumin, the level of glucose and kreatenin, raises the activity of transferase, reduces the concentration of free amino acids, urea, residual and amino nitrogen. It maces paunch digestion better, the quantity of microorganism and their fermentative activity grows besides the synthesis of microbus albumen. The average daily increases of body's mass raise.
