Essay

The problem of forming students readiness to choose humanitarian type of studies is analyzed. The essence of the concept ,,readiness of basic school students to the choice of humanitarian type of studies" is specified; criteria, indexes and levels of basic school students readiness to the choice of humanitarian type of studies are determined.The pedagogical conditions and model of forming basic school students readiness to the choice of humanitarian type of studies in the conditions of general educational establishment are theoretically proved and practically checked.
