Essay

The methodological and fundamental bases and tendencies of the modern globalization epoch are analyzed in the given research. It has defined the dominating models of understanding of the globalization processes. The attention is concentrated to prospects for an operating time of necessary principles for a development of education and educational technologies with a support on achievements of interdisciplinary studies of multilevel processes in global modern world. The research has focused on post-globalization trends. Author analyses and systematizes the available approaches to definition of concepts connected with global processes which occur in public and educational spheres (globalization, localization, global educational system, the international educational system and adjacent concepts with them). Researcher considers that process of educational globalization has its peculiarities in comparison with other sphere (politics, economics etc.). The Process of globalization influences on various spheres of life. It has return reactions with counteract to negative factors of a corresponding phenomenon. The author underlines the importance of acceptance of global context in consider with training, education, management and communications.
