Essay

The dissertation contains research results concerning the application of innovative IT and communication technologies for providing the quality of training in economics. The aim of the research paper is the subsequent development of theoretical fundamentals for applying the IT and communication technologies for providing the training process, in the capacity of an instrument to achieve the high quality training of experts in the field of economics. The target of the research is the training process of the economists at the higher educational institutions of Ukraine. In the research there were used: induction and deductions methods, testology, mathematical modeling, probability and mathematical statistics theories. Practical value of the dissertation research results is proved by the availability of references as to their implementation into the practical activities of the educational institutions of the city of Odessa that are engaged in the training of experts in economics (particularly, Odesa National Mechnikov University, Odesa State Economic University) and Herson National Technical University that apply individual aspects of the conducted research, such as: structure of the network training didactic complex of disciplines that are learned, which is necessary for the implementation of the Bologna process requirements for the independent student work; process of developing the valid program-pedagogical tests for assessing the quality of knowledge using the dual (two-phase) system for creating the test tasks in the context of improving the students' understanding of their content.
