esearch object. The tissues respiration and oxidative phosphorylating is in liver mitochondries. Article of research. A table of contents of vitamins A also Е is in tissue of bird, indexes of respiration of mitochondries and oxidative phosphorylation, activity of enzymes of Krebs cycle and tissues respiration, histological structure of liver of chickens. Research methods. Polyarografic (registration of deoxygenation by mitochondries in an incubation environment), photometric and spectroscopy, chromatographic (determination of alpha-tocopherol content by the method of TLC), and also selection of mitochondries from the cells of liver by the method of differential centrifugation, statistical methods. Scientific novelty of the got results. First certain features of respiratory activity of hen liver mitochondries are in the conditions of application of high doses of vitamins A also Е in a ration.Dependence of power processes is set in the liver of posterity from the provision of laying chickens-hens vitamins A and Е, and also is negative influence of high doses of retinol and alpha-tocopherol on power processes in the liver of chickens and chickens at their protracted use in a ration, in particular, oppression of synthesis ATP, decline of respiratory activity of mitochondries and disconnection of processes of respiration and oxidative phosphorylation. The dose-depended stimulant operating of vitamins A also Е is certain on respiratory activity of hen liver mitochondries and activity of enzymes (ОGDG, SDG and MDG), on the processes of oxidation of substrates of cycle of Krebs. Practical value of the got results. Practical interest results imagine dependence of power processes in the liver of posterity from the consumption of vitamins A also Е by laying hens.
