In dissertation in theory grounded and developed economic-mathematical models and information technologies of management of logistical and food support of the soldiery forming processes. From the unique system positions the economic aspects of processes of logistical and food support of troops are considered; the built and investigational system of support of making decision is in control of inventories of financial resources, which is based on the use of original mathematical dependences of theory of mass service; developed economic-mathematical case of financial resources the limited supplies frames for the cases of processes of supply with refuses and with expectation in the conditions of continuous addition; developed economic-mathematical model and algorithm of functioning of the system of technological preproduction culinary products during minimization of charges of financial and financial resources.
