The problem of education of the sense for utility for to other people among teenagers is studied in the dissertation. The philosophical and psycho-pedagogical aspects of the explored problem are analyzed in the work. The essence and structure of the concept "sense of utility for others" are shown in the theses. The criteria, indexes and levels of the teenagers' education are defined. The breeding of the sense of utility among teenagers from rural and urban schools is also studied. The pedagogical conditions of education of sense of utility for others are theoretically substantiated, and the effectiveness of these condifions is experimentally tested. The program of education of the sense of utility for other people among teenagers was developed and introduced info the educational process.
