Gavrushenko G. Perfection of the System of Occupational Rehabilitation of the disabled In Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodological grounds for the research on occupational rehabilitation of the disabled as a system, as well as to grounding of practical recommendations as to its perfection. The author's approach to understanding of the essence of notions of "labour of the disabled", "occupational rehabilitation of the disabled", "system of occupational rehabilitation of the disabled" has been formed from the perspective of renewal of human resources. The tendencies of the process of physical disabling of the Ukrainian population in the context of occupational rehabilitation have been researched. The acting system of occupational rehabilitation of the disabled in Ukraine has been considered, and the main problems which hinder its effective functioning have been determined. Main directions of legal, economic and organizational character, which are directed to perfect the mechanism of functioning of the acting system of occupational rehabilitation of the disabled, have been worked out. The methods of the regional level evaluation of the effectiveness of occupational rehabilitation of the disabled hed been offered.
