The thesis is devoted to the study of gravidoprotective effect of artichoke leaves extract on different types of gestation pathology in rats.Experimental studies that were carried out allow to increase the pharmacodynamics and indications of artichoke leaves extract on various types of gestation pathology. Using biochemical, hormonal, morphological, immune-enzyme, organometric, physiological methods of studding on various models of gestation pathology (tetrachlormethan, serotonin, alcohol placental dysfunction and experimental gestosis) the presence of antioxidant, endothelium protective, fetoprotective effects of the artichoke leaves extract were established, which determine its gravidoprotective effect.
