Research results of influence of abiotic factors (temperature, humidity, lighting, air motion, bacterial contamination of air, management methods) and huminic medicine (humatum natrii, humizolum) on morphological and biochemical blood indices; the dynamics of body weight and wool productivity of Precoce sheep breed have been shown in this thesis. The character of microclimate formation in animal houses of different types and its influence on the natural resistance, sheep preservation and productivity has been determined. Ewe management with lambs during the first days after birth in the improved mothering corrals permits 33.0 % reduction of labour productivity for proper ewe care and 3. 6 % increase of lamb average daily gain. The optimal term of Precoce breed lamb weaning in partially - wooded steppe zone of Ukraine is 120 days, it permits to have high productivity of lambs and sheep. It has been determined the use of humatum natrii and humizolum has promoted to reduction of indigestion in lambs, to increase of preservation, to body weight gain and efficiency of branch directing.
