Holtvyanytsya N. Linguistic and Pragmatic Aspects of Interpersonal Relationships in French Dialogue

The work examines the structure and communicative peculiarities of everyday conversations and Internet forums in pragmatic dimension. The actual dialogical speech models were specified according to the variation of communication matrix in different types of discourse communities, virtual communication specificity and the image of interlocutor's social status in the dialogue. This model determined the study of social deixis in its forms of address, greetings and farewell phrases as indicator and regulator of social interpersonal distance between interlocutors in real and virtual communication. The work also examines the relation between the choices of ritual conversation forms and the conversation topic, interlocutor's status and role characteristics in both types of discourse communities.
