Panchuk A. Civil education of students of pedagogical universities in the process of tourist-regional activity.

In the dissertation it is carried out. the analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical literature for disclosing the scientific views of civil education and civism. The essence of the concept "civil upbringing" as integrative learner-centered education that includes knowledge about civil content, methods of its display, their positive experiencing, ability to realize such knowledge and attitudes in conduct and activity is specified. The structural components, criteria, indexes of the civil upbringing of students of pedagogical universities, the levels of such upbringing are worked out. The pedagogical terms of civil education of students of pedagogical universities in the process of tourist-regional activity are substantiated and experimentally tested.
