Object of research: management processes by the production of metallurgical enterprises. Purpose of research: development of complex of models of effective control system by the production of metallurgical enterprises. Methods of research: theory of hierarchical structures, methods of design of the adaptive economic systems, methods of system dynamics. Results: the analysis of modern problems is conducted, models and management methods by the production of metallurgical enterprises; conception of design of effective management the production of metallurgical enterprises is offered; the economical and mathematical model of forming of adaptive organizational structure of management is worked out by the production of metallurgical enterprises; a strategic case frame is worked out by a production on the basis of n-sectoral of model of economy; the simulation model of management is offered by the redistributions of metallurgical enterprises; the structure of the system of support of making decision is offered in a management by a production on the enterprise of PJSC "AMC". Novelty: first: the economical and mathematical model of forming of adaptive organizational structure of management is worked out by the production of metallurgical enterprises; strategic case frame by the production of metallurgical enterprise; improved: simulation model of management process by the redistributions of metallurgical enterprise; got further development: conception of design of effective control system by the production of metallurgical enterprises; structure and system requirement support of making decision in a metallurgical production.
