Rozhnova T. Management of vocational and technical educational establishment based on innovative technologies.

The thesis analyzes the scientific support of the vocational and technical educational establishment management; theoretical,methodological and legal principles in management organization of the vocational and technical educational establishment are investigated .The contemporary state of practical application of innovative technologies in the management of vocational and technical educational establishment is analyzed and the state of the management of vocational and technical educational establishment on the basis of innovative technologies is studied.The scientific grounds and the content of the model of the vocational and technical educational establishment management based on innovative technologies are represented. The implementation of the model of the vocational and technical educational establishment management was carried out using innovative management technologies, the guidance on the implementation of the model is shown in the thesis, the evaluation criteria of its effectiveness are represented.
