The Thesis is devoted to the problem of the Management of educational and production process in Vocational Institution by introduction of state standards of workers' training. In terms of the system analysis are selected and found out the features of the development of system of Vocational and technical education in Ukraine, reviewed the complex of linked questions of training and production activities in Vocational Institution considering the requirements in branch of the standardization of professional workers' training for a manufacturing and service sector, solved the legal provisions of Department of Vocational Institution in new social economical conditions, characterized its practical status, proved the necessity of constructional improving and development of organizationally methodological providing by the introduction of state standards of workers' training, determined the model of system of Management of educational and production process in Vocational Institution by the introduction of state standards of workers' training and its theoretical and methodological, subjective and objective, targeted, notional, organizationally actively and estimated effective components, prepared the complete set of methodical and practical materials.
