Ostaschuk V. The system of education in Odessa in the period of Romanian occupation in 1941-1944

The object of the research: political and social-cultural processes in Odessa in conditions of Romanian 1941-1944. The dissertation purpose is to open the contents and general principles of educational politics of the Romanian administration in Odessa, to determine a place of education system in politics of occupation authority. Methods: search, analysis, synthesis, typologization and classification; retrospective, typological; statistical. Scientific novelty: author of dissertation researched the politics of Romanian administration in area of education in Odessa in the period of Romanian occupation on the basis of wide circle of historical sources and literature; the structure of primary, secondary and higher education and its introduction in Odessa, research activity in the city are described; in this research the main directions of ideological policy of Romanian administration: proromanian, antisoviet (anticommunist), antisemitic and religious, which influenced on development of education are analyzed. Practical value of research consists in an opportunity of use of the basic ideas and conclusions of the dissertation at a spelling of works on a history of Ukraine of the period of the Second world war, preparation of lecture courses and special courses on a study of local-lore.
