Essay

The main solution of dissertation is a development of the actual question about the pneumatic drive reliability function rising of normal braking system in the extreme operating conditions by regulation residual braking action support of vehicle. The analysis of existing methods of pneumatic drive reliability rising of normal braking system during the unexpected failure (unsealing) was realized in this research. The conservation of regulation compressed emergency air in a case of leg of pipe damage with a passage area more permissible of his disengagement by safety device is an optimal method, because of operating properties stability support of pneumatic drive of vehicle braking system. The inessential braking distance increasing is a sole defect during the (non-tightness) pneumatic drive damage. By means of theoretical researches are proved, that method of safety device utilization of one action is the best, because of conservation of the compressed emergency air during the vehicle braking with damaged (non-tightness) leg of pipe, and so the pneumatic drive reliability function rising of normal braking system. The safety devices performance was determined in result of auto braking process simulation. This performance permits to provide the motion stability indexes of vehicle on the regulation level during its braking with failure (non-tightness) leg of the pneumatic drive of normal braking system.
