Dissertational research is devoted the complete istoriko-pedagogical analysis of idea of unity of the person and the nature in the Ukrainian pedagogical thought of second half ХІХ - beginnings ХХ of century. It is analysed and generalised philosophical, psihologo-pedagogical sights at a question of interaction of the person and the nature both in historico-philosophical aspect, and in the conditions of modern realities of development of a society and formation. On the basis of works of known Ukrainian teachers, archival materials, standard documents, materials of the periodic press the basic aspects of a problem of unity of the person and the nature in a context of harmonious development of the person of the pupil are investigated.
