Dissertation work is sacred to the decision of questions in relation to the increase of nootropity efficiency of pyracetamum by his application together with nootropity phytopreperat of ginkgo biloba, and also strengthening of nootropiti activity of pyracetamum and aktoprotection and antidepressantion actions at his introduction accordingly from bemitil and normazidol. It is set that ginkgo biloba strengthens antihypoxic activity of pyracetamum, that for certain it is related to mutual potentiation influence of pyracetamum and ginkgo biloba in relation to the increase of level ATP in the left and right hemispheres of cerebrum, and also by the expressed nootropity effect at the compatible action of pyracetamum and ginkgo biloba. These features together with mutual potentiation influence on content of RNA in cytozoliti and nuclear factions of neurons of cerebrum bring to optimization of processes of consolidation and recreation of engrammy memory appearance over of new neyropharmacological properties at the combined action of pyracetamum and ginkgo biloba, namely increase of studies of animals, antiletheral influence on the model of electro-shock amnesia and balanced activating and brake processes of CNC.
