Guzar U. Transformation of labour activity in the conditions of passing to the economy of knowledges

Object of research: processes of development and implementation labor activity on the stages of production, transmission, distribution and use of knowledges. Objective: to study theoretical and methodological positions and develop practical recommendations to shape the directions of transformation of employment in the transition to a knowledge training economy. Methods: economic, statistical, correlation and regression analysis, historical, systematic and structural, comparison, system, mapping. Novelty: first the model of knowledge oriented factors influence on the productivity of the stages of production, transmission, distribution and use of knowledges, content of the concept of "employment in a knowledges economy", the main provisions of the Concept of transformation labor activity in the transition to a knowledges economy are improved. Scope: the formation of "the programme of socio-economic development of small towns in Ivano-Frankivsk region," in the development of the socio-economic development of the Lviv region in 2012, in the learning process of Lviv Banking Institute of the University of Banking of National Bank of Ukraine.
