Thesis is devoted to experimental rationale for the use of new rectal suppositories with code name "Liproprost" based on bee products for the treatment of prostatitis and proctitis.The Anti-inflammatory activities are implemented due to inhibition of biogenic amines, cyclooxygenase and lypooxygenase metabolism of arachidonic acid, reduction of permeability of the vessels, the impact on the processes of lipid peroxydation and antioxydant status parameters of the system. It was established the high reparative activity on models of postsurgical scars after aseptic and infected incised wounds. Suppositories "Liproprost" shows reliable therapeutic effect in the treatment of experimental acute proctitis and prostatites. The Studies of the impact on organs and systems in chronic experiments indicate that the suppositories "Liproprost" on long-term usage does not induce structural and functional abnormalities of the heart, kidneys, liver, nervous system, does not affect the peripheral blood system and reproductive function in rats.
